Milestone renaming

Hi !Friendica Developers, I've renamed the two upcoming milestones respectively to 2024.12 (the current RC) and 2025.02 (the next prospective release with a lot of refactoring inside thanks to @art4@youthweb.social).

What's the checklist left to release version 2024.12?

One of the things from the checklist that is missing is a working Woodpecker CI as the archives for the release are build and distributed with the CI.

The error message is gives suggest that there was an update which broke the config.
